Standard / Local Resident / Regular User rates include sole traders, small businesses, classes, fairs, sports activities, clubs, societies and associations.

Local resident rate applies to parish-based organisations and private functions from within the parish.  It does not apply to organisations based outside the parish which should pay Standard Rate even if one member happens to live in the parish.

Regular user rate applies to regular weekly or monthly bookings made in advance.

Discounts are also available for walk-in bookings (bookings made with 2 days notice or less) and for contingency bookings (Woodbury parish only).

Payment: invoices will be sent by email a few days before your event; payment should be made before the event.
