Tables and Chairs
Tables and chairs are available for hall users as follows:
A large GoPak table with 8 banqueting chairs.
Main Hall Large GoPak Tables
15 folding large GoPack tables 27" x 60" x 30" high (68.5cm x 152cm x 76 cm high) stored in the Main Hall, under the stage. 5 more are stored in the room at the top of the stairs.
Small GoPak with six banqueting chairs.
Main Hall Small GoPak Tables
10 folding small GoPack tables 36" x 24" x 27.5" high (91cm x 61cm x 70cm high) stored in the Main Hall, under the stage.
DuBuisson Room Square Tables
7 folding vinyl topped square tables 33.5" x 33.5" x 27.5" high (85cm x 85cm x 70cm high) stored in the Du Buisson Room. Suitable for playing cards and for general use.
A large GoPak table with 8 banqueting chairs.
A small GoPak table with 6 banqueting chairs.
Banqueting Chairs
100 upholstered stacking banqueting chairs. 80 are stored in the main hall and 20 in the Du Buisson Room.
Plastic Chairs
90 stacking plastic chairs, stored in the room at the top of the stairs.
RBL Room Tables and Chairs.
6 folding tables 48" x 24" x 27.5" high (120cm x 60cm x 70cm high) and 20 stacking upholstered chairs.
Sport and Dance Equipment
Mirrors.
Four large mirrors are available to all Main Hall users to support their dancing or sports activities. The mirrors are on castors and can easily be located as required. They are stored in the equipment room to the right of the stage.
Other Equipment
Whiteboard.
A freestanding whiteboard is available for users; it has telescopic legs so can be used in either a low or high position. It comes complete with adjustable hooks for flip-charts, a rubber and magnets for holding papers, but bring your own whiteboard pens!
The whiteboard is stored behind the door of the Equipment Room, accessed from the main corridor towards the back of the building.
Portable Projector and Stand.
A portable projector and stand are available for use in the RBL Room. The projector takes a standard HDMI connection and the stand is adjustable and can be used in either a low or high position.
The projector and stand are both stored in the Equipment Room, accessed from the main corridor beyond the toilets.

Clavinova (electronic piano).
A CLP-535 Clavinova is available for users. This has a wide selection of musical instrument sounds and has output connections to connect to an external sound system, e.g. a powered speaker.
Please book the Clavinova in advance and the mangement will place it in the room you have booked, ready for you. The Clavinova is on castors and can be easily positioned for use.
Extension Leads.

4 leads: 10 metres with 4 sockets.

2 leads: 5 metres with 2 sockets.
The extension leads are kept in the Equipment Room, accessed from the main corridor towards the back of the building.
Cable Covers.
For covering cables across open floors

3 covers: 2 metres.

Clothes Rail.
A 2m long clothes hanging rail on castors is available for users. It is useful for hanging clothes at jumble sales, coat storage at parties or dances, or costume storage at stage productions.
The rail is kept in the store room at the top of the stairs.
